I had an issue with VI Hail where I had funds on the app and requested a refund when I no longer needed to use the app because we were leaving. I was told the refund was processed, but I never received it in my bank account. After multiple attempts to resolve it with support and being provided a trace number that my bank could not locate, I had to dispute the charge through my bank. The dispute was ultimately approved. That said, the app itself was very reliable for finding rides in the Virgin Islands, where transportation can be limited and it was helpful in getting around. I’m sharing this so others are aware to be careful when adding funds or relying on refunds through this app. Make sure you follow up closely and keep records of everything.

Extremely overpriced for a 6 min ride I had to pay 22$ and that’s just not right. Taxing people on a tax free island is insane. This has to stop. This is nothing but money hungry nonsense! I can’t even get home safely without the weirdo drivers as well. Just horrible and overpriced!!!!!!🛑 The GPS also does not work. Mostly all the drivers don’t know where they’re going and that’s just ridiculous like why do I have to be your GOS when you have a phone and Google Maps on your phone. The drivers are very rude and slow. Unprofessional and beg for tips !!!
