I have tried to use this app three years running. It has never worked despite me accurately following directions and trying multiple times. Each time it says my document is not useable. Then to add insult to injury after repeated attempts the app refuses to try again and instead says I must use paper documentation. This is a complete waste of time

Dès le scanning du QR code l’application ne fonctionne pas. Même chose en utilisant l’ ordinateur au lieu de mon IPhone . Tout a fonctionné normalement l’ an dernier. J’ai donc dû envoyer mon certificat par la poste . Cette application est une inadmissible disgrâce. Remplacez votre département IT!
