As a delivery agent, you will be able to -

• Receive Task requests
• View Tasks as the List or the Map view
• Get the fastest possible route with all the Pickup and Delivery locations
• Add notes, images, and signatures as the proof of delivery
• Update Task status to notify customer and manager throughout the delivery Task
• View Payments information for Cash on Delivery orders
• Contact customers over call.
