I hope this doesn’t effect negatively for the brand/website itself… However, the app absolutely sucks! THIS APP IS TERRIBLE!!! It never lets me login, tells me my account doesn’t exist, so I have to go in through my email to click activate and then it brings me back to the app where my profile is. Then whenever I return to previous page it takes me to sign in all over again… Ultimately, I just end up ordering on the actual site & keep deleting this damn app!

The app does not have a way for you to do things like redeem your points or store credits. You must use a desktop browser to do that.

Brand is great but the app wont let me create an account. I click the link they send to my email and it just takes me back to the “Create Account” page instead of confirming my account.
