ProVendorConnect

"ProVendorConnect" is an advanced mobile application geared towards multiple industries that rely on field technicians carrying out pre-scheduled or ADHOC field tasks or jobs. With the ProVendorConnect app you can:

1. Create, and assign jobs to field technicians
2. Track and follow job and technician statuses
3. Upload and comment before, during, and after pictures of every job
4. Enter standardized job billing and payout pricing to automate billing and payroll
5. Capture ADHOC & A-La-Carte job details for billing and payout amount assignments
6. Automatically send PO & WTN reminders for PO-dependent jobs
7. Follow invoices and collect payments.
8. Requires prior registration and cloud-environment setup and configuration. There is no Self Registration, as of now.
9. View Excluded Communities for the technicians.
10. Add Job by technicians in Communities other than excluded communities( Technicians will not be able to view excluded communities for him/her).
11. While viewing Tech Report ( on rack rate for a job per community ), community list drop down will not show excluded communities for the technician.
