Can’t sign up at all…Why is it happening

It has never counted a questionnaire I did, even after doing it several times

THIS APP IS NOT WORTH IT WHY BECAUSE EVERY TIME YOU GDT A NOTIFICATION FOR A SURVEY YOU GET KICKED OUT AND YOU HAVE TO LOGIN IN WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND VERIFY YOUR NUMBER TO LOGIN IN!!!!!!! IS THIS GOING TO BE EVERY-TIME I ANSWER A NOTIFICATION???? FOR THIS I HAD TO CANCEL THE EXPERIMENT AND MY ACCOUNT
