I have been in Bre’s group for over 3 years now. The app and follow along workouts are a game changer! It works grant for those who don’t have a lot of time or access to a gym! Plus Bre and the other trainers are always there to answer questions and help you reach your goals!

This program has changed my life by making fitness and nutrition accessible and sustainable. Bre does an amazing job of making her app a one stop shop for food tracking, biometric data, recipe ideas and a plethora of 30 minute workouts, with new workouts every weekday. There are challenges to keep things interesting and the community is so supportive! I’ve done workout programs before but what Bre has built here is truly amazing! Highly recommended!
