Day Hike

Day Hike is the social app for outdoor adventurers. Whether you’re running, hiking, climbing, paddling, skiing or discovering new trails, Day Hike makes it easy to meet new friends, plan activities, discover events and share adventures outdoors.

Key Features:

1. Stay Updated on Outdoor Activities Get notified about the latest adventures, trips, and activities happening in your community—or wherever your travels take you.

2. Connect with Like-Minded Adventurers Build meaningful connections with fellow Day Hikers who share your passion for the outdoors.

3. TrailCrush (New!) Send a friendly signal to another hiker when you’re interested in connecting. TrailCrush is low-pressure and fun—distinct from a friend request, it only leads to a connection if both parties choose to engage.

4. Precise or City-Level Location Control (New!) Easily manage how you appear on the map. Choose to share your exact location for real-time meetups, or show only your city and state for privacy. You’re always in control.

5. Activate Your Beacon for Effortless Meetups Turn on your Beacon so friends can see where you are and what activity you’re doing. Invite others to join and make spontaneous adventures happen.

6. Create or Join Groups Form private groups with close friends or join public ones to discover new activities and people in your area.

7. Plan and Organize Activities Find events, schedule outdoor activities including things like hikes, climbs, skiing, biking, running or paddling trips. There are over 100 different activities in Day Hike. Invite friends or groups, coordinate details, and go.
