UnifyCare is an ABDM-compliant healthcare app designed to help patients securely store, manage, and share their medical records and body vitals. It allows users to create an Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA), enabling paperless storage and instant sharing of medical records with doctors and hospitals.

With the ABHA “Scan & Share” feature, patients can book hospital appointments quickly without manual paperwork. The app also supports tracking of key body vitals like Blood Pressure (BP) and Blood Sugar levels, helping users monitor their health efficiently.

After hospitalization, UnifyCare provides seamless access to essential post-care features, including discharge summaries, follow-up appointments, and medication tracking. It ensures data security and convenience, making healthcare management effortless for patients.
