The developers forgot to remove their email from the verification code screen. It does not even display the patient phone number to call or send the SMS too. I was getting a transaction rollback error on their website when submitting new application and thought I’d try the new app. The app doesn’t have this feature at all. A lot of work is needed to make it remotely usable.

I’ve tried putting in my husbands birth date, and yes it is correct, multiple times & the app keeps rejecting it. We want to thank HealthWell for their support anyway. I’ll try calling them for a solution.
