Ltd for Surat Municipal Corporation under the Special Purpose Vehicle project of Surat Smart City Development Limited named Hospital Management & Information System Project. It enables patients of SMC Health Eco System to get information related to health and clinical information for those who are registered under health facilities governed by SMC.
