Recent reviews

The heating aids (Ion Pro 2) work well, but the app is useless. It will constantly (every 15 minutes or so), drop the connection to the hearing aids and will not reconnect unless you put the aids in the charger for “2 seconds” and then reconnect. That means that you must carry the charger with you if you want to adjust the aids. This makes the app less than useless. I have another pair of TruHearing aids and the controlling app never disconnects the aids. Your app needs to be reconfigured or abandoned!
