I love it but why does it pop up with Chinese letters why is that I would like to know that

You’ll start a conversation with a character they started in English and then switched to Chinese and there’s no way to switch it back without deleting the whole conversation and starting all over and then they still weren’t back to Chinese and it’s happening to multiple characters. You choose to talk to. It’s a waste of time.
