I’ve used dating apps on and off since 2012, and this is easily the worst. 1. The suggestions. These are the worst recommendations I’ve gotten on an app; so many people that I have absolutely zero interest in. In addition to that, there are too many Asians. Let me explain! I’ve dated Asian women, so it’s nothing racist, but when the Asian population of my state is 6% and in my part of the state it’s only 2-3%, why are at least 50% of the suggestions on this app Asian? It’s unrealistic and doesn’t make sense. I did research and found this app does have a larger than average Asian user base, but still. 2. Matches. I’ve used this app for a week now and have made 2 matches. For reference, on apps like Bumble, Hinge, Etc., I can make 100 matches in the same span of time. Also, none of the people who have already liked me have shown up in my daily suggestions. Not a single one smh. And I can only assume the same happens vice versa, resulting in very few matches. Maybe this is their way of trying to force you to pay, but the app has to be good first before I’d considering doing that lol. 3. Weird format. You get about 25 suggestions shown to you per day, and once you swipe left or right on those, that’s it until noon the next day. You can “discover” more, but to send those people a like, you have to send flowers, which basically means spending money…unless you’re ok with earning enough points for 1 flower every four days or so smh. This app sucks.
