The GSMC Santé+ app allows you to have your health record (and those of your children) at your fingertips and free of charge, the geolocation of all healthcare partners in France and all the features of your personal Mutuelle GSMC member space.

This app is made for you and by you. We have designed it as a daily partner in your health.

You will be able to:

• Manage your contract and follow all the information about your Mutuelle GSMC healthcare plan in real time: o View your member card and send it to your healthcare professional by email o Consult your reimbursements o Consult your contract, your beneficiaries and the details of your coverage o Request cost estimates for optical and dental online o Request a letter of guarantee for hospitalisation o Request certificates

• Be in contact with your client services team: o Send all your documents in a simple picture o Use our secure messaging platform to contact your Client Services Team

• Monitor your health and stay informed o Find a healthcare provider in France within our network
