Your goal is to get as much strength as you can. Generally, you can get strength by lifting dumbbells.

Training Power is a value determines how many strength you can get from single lifting, and you can increase it by opening chests, playing running games, rebirths.

At the begining, you start in area 1. When you get enough strength, you can knocke out all the walls and go next area. Each area has different facilities to get money, get training powers, and get training multipliers.

You will start with 1 strength man. Let's play this game to see how many strength you can get, and how many powerful things you can hit.

When you finish the game, you will get a score ranked by time.
