I really love this app. I don’t use it to track food so I can’t speak on that. But the workouts and amount of different workouts it offers is amazing. Only complaint I have is I’ve reached out to their insta before about a problem I was having with the app and didn’t get a reply back. So I wish they were a little more involved when it came to issues but I’ll be using this for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend

The app is great for creating a workout plan and tracking progress but not good for meal tracking. You can only log food by serving size and not by weight and you have to double check that the serving size actually matches the macros of the item you are logging because most of the time it isn’t accurate. It’s too much work to log one item especially if you don’t eat the exact same thing every single day.
