5/20/26-My purifier and app are working very well now. At first I had problems connecting the app, the developer was very helpful in resolving all of the issues. 5/11/26-just did the second update since I had this app and I still cannot Sign in with Apple. PLEASE FIX THIS!! 5/7/26- Still no solution! I emailed you, as requested. Please respond!!! Just downloaded the app and I chose to Sign in with Apple account, however I can’t sign into the app because it’s asking for a password and an email, why???

My purifier itself is a well-built, high-quality device. However, the app has several issues that render the app nearly useless. To start, the historical and real-time air quality data does not match the graphs. For example, the data may show the average outdoor air quality as “3,” but the graph shows the outdoor air quality remained over 40. Secondly, all of my air quality data is lost every time I log out of the app or after there is an app update. It’s as if I just set up my air purifier for the first time every time I have to sign back into the app. Thirdly, there is a bug where the screen turns blank and crashes frequently. I have to force close the app and reopen it again quite often. To summarize, the data tracking features are unusable and illogical. The only usable feature of this app is to be able to control your device remotely. I love my air purifier hardware, but this app is a major disappointment.
