The app does what it’s intended for And don’t get me wrong it does it well. However for me, I wanted to be able to create my own workouts by selecting exercises as opposed to premade plans. Also there are a lot of the same body part workouts to choose from. It becomes cumbersome looking through them to choose one that fits you. Lastly I don’t like that there is no way to export completed workouts. The only way is to screenshot them. All in all if you need a coach, and want the one on one, it’s worth the money, if you’re looking for a way to track your training, there are better apps.

Menopause has been hard on me / I needed A jump start. I will remain with this program because it tells me exactly what to do, how to do it and how much rest to take. I feel great!
