HopeCare Atento

HopeCare Atento is a connected health solution to accompany healthy people, with small health problems, or specific health needs, from diabetes to COPD.

As a customer, you can connect your devices, favorite platforms or enter health data manually. All information is placed on a dashboard with a color flag that reflects the level of your measurement, allowing you to have a history of your health data.

This app lets you collect and maintain control over:

• Weight and Body Mass

• Steps

• Physical activity

• Heart Rate

• Blood Pressure

• Glucose

• Cholesterol

• Body temperature

• Oximetry

• Glycated Hemoglobin

HopeCare Atento is a service that requires prior approval and acceptance by Hope Care SA. Only after this subscription will the access credentials be sent.
