I have a fair bit of health anxiety and guilt about lifestyle factors within my control (I drink and smoke and I mostly hate vegetables! sorry!) so I tried this out as a way of scaring myself into being healthier. I was somewhat pleasantly surprised to learn my est death age is around 85 and I’m not even sure I’d really want to live much longer than that lol. but it has really helped to quell that anxiety! and I also love that the app is cleanly organized with data and actions to optimize your health. I also think the price is good for what you get- I signed up for free trial and will most likely keep the subscription.

This is an app that your are literally supposed to use once, why do I need to pay for you to tell me how to not die. I don’t know when subscriptions like this became the norm but I don’t appreciate it and I would like it if you just told me how I was gonna pass for free especially because this app is literally ran with ai.
