Worked well for a few months, but now all the app does is crash and I’m stuck with a frozen card that won’t work.

Bill pay is extremely hard. It declines so much. You have to approve every little transaction. Definitely not fun when rushing. I have to use other banks to pay my bills online now due to my checking account being declined so much.

It is stupid that we must have a second app from our primary account app simply to control the card. But insult to injury is that this app almost ALWAYS locks up!! Even now, I’m being forced to delete and reinstall the app simply because it can’t get past its own splash screen. Makes me want to simply forego my TFCU account all-together!
