2026-04-13	em*****	If I could give it a negative I would. I have never seen an app so hard to use, you must have to be in tech to use it. I’m returning all of the fans because this does not work. No directions how to set up, incomplete data. I wish there was a way to show you just how terrible this is

2026-01-12	Ke*****	This app is not user friendly nor does it work 90% of the time. For such an expensive product I would expect an app that is sophisticated and works. This app constantly provides error messages and does not load correctly.
