| 2026-05-18 | Am***** | As a Detroit Michigan resident, I started exercising with Barre3 Madison Wisconsin on Mother’s Day, May 10. The instructor was my daughter Caroline; I was in town visiting. She is an excellent instructor. I felt so welcomed and supported by her, of course, but also by her coworkers and other class attendees. It is the best exercise community I’ve ever experienced! I signed up to become a member who can take Livestream classes online! I’m 14 months into my journey of healing from Breast Cancer, and I must say that the Barre3 workout is proving to be perfect: an opportunity to rebuild strength, balance, and feel peace, joy and fulfillment. Thank you to the wonderful women of Barre3 Madison! | |

| 2026-04-12 | K8***** | I used to be able to add calendar events/reminders straight from the app. Something has now changed and it says “the calendar is read only” (even though I’ve given the app permission to add events to my calendar). The only way it works is if I give the Barre3 app FULL calendar access - which I do not feel comfortable with. | |

| 2026-01-02 | Ap***** | I log in to the app through one of the secondary log ins (Facebook, Google, etc). I have had issues with logging in as it struggles to do the multi-step authentication. Also, this app and Barre3 in general, are lacking the ability to give anonymous feedback. Barre3 locations are tight knit communities and are run by local owners. Having to directly email or post publicly with feedback feels uncomfortable as it feels as if it could impact the relationships between members and staff. Also, it would be nice to see how many people are in the waitlist before signing up for a waitlisted class. Finally, the app should have a message literally anywhere that states the cancelation policy. I still have no idea how much time I have to cancel without getting charged a fee. | |

| 2025-10-19 | Ol***** | App is nice to have but it would be better if the notifications came from the app not just an email or text which can be easy to miss. Having reminders for upcoming classes or alerts when space opens up and I’m added to a class would be nice too. Notifications for cancelled classes or schedule changes would be helpful as well especially when there is bad weather. | |

| 2025-08-08 | An***** | It would be so nice if the app supported FaceID or at the very least, integration with apple passwords. It’s super frustrating to get automatically logged out every few days and then have to manually search for Barre3 again in my password list. If that’s not possible, stop doing the auto logout so often!! | |

| 2025-07-26 | Te***** | App is easy to use and reserve classes. I haven’t gotten the check-in option to work yet. The GPS location keeps thinking I’m too far away when I’m in the building 😅 | |
