My ac unit does not show up under nearby Bluetooth devices. It used to work, maybe a new update broke it? Anyone know how to fix this? My Bluetooth is set to on in the settings, but not device is found

Not sure if a recent update has broken things but I can no longer fully control the ac. I no longer see the current temp in the app (shows zero) and can’t control the device. Used to work great. Also on the heater side, I’ve been having issues attempting an update. It just spins and then stops trying.
