2026-05-06	Sp*****	The app gets the job done. Outside of verifying everything you need to pick up your bike, there is not much day to day use of the app required. The subscription service is so convenient and I’ve had the guys in NY are super helpful. Love my bike.

2025-03-18	na*****	Battery draining precise location running in the background at all times if you want to tag your bike anywhere. It doesn't need that location in the background! If you quit the app to stop it it makes you log all the way in again and doesn't pass app info to any password managers so logging in itself is a huge hassle.
