2025-12-06	Di*****	Completely worthless app. It is ultra complicated and does not work most of the time. Loved Sense hardware and software, then Schneider took over and everything broke. Reviewed a few months ago saying will give another chance, now moving to another energy monitor for good.

2025-08-13	Li*****	I used this app mostly to monitor my total Daily energy usage. It was good at that. I thought that was the only thing it was good at, but I recently got moved from this app to the Schneider home app and let me tell you this one is so much better than the Schneider app. If there was any way for me to log into this app and still use it, I would be using it every day because at least it told me my total usage accurately. It could tell me I had 13 refrigerators. I don’t care at least I could see what I was using on the daily. I wasted a lot of money on this sense and a bunch of compatible devices . If I can get the new app zero stars, I would. I’d like to give this one zero stars also since I can’t use it anymore even though I spent hundreds on this device that the app no longer supports.

2025-07-02	Th*****	This is a great app, way to monitor and manage your power usage. They also have great customer support. But…. Like others let me help define my equipment. You could use my data to help build Wise’s database of electrical algorithms. Don’t suggest I buy a power plug from Kasa…etc. Also like others let users, my monitor gets appliances mixed up and or forgets. I have a dusk to dawn light it has never identified in 4-yrs nor two 1-1/2hp pool pumps on a daily timer but has never identified. And a 5,400watt dryer. Please Sense/Wiser, let me add my appliances manually (I have the Wiser app and no “Device Pulldown Menu”. You put it on Sense but not Wiser. Keep up the decent work so far but maybe if others chimed in you would agree to an update. Thanks

2025-01-29	Yb*****	Completely confusing to use. I still get emails from sense app but cannot log into the sense website or click any of the links they constantly send me. Doesn’t integrate with Google home. Can’t add users. No one answers support line and none of the help topics about the app reflect the actual menus and options in the app itself. Total nonsense

2024-06-08	Da*****	I have had this system for over a year now and have appreciated the upgrades to the app during that time. It allows me to see and somewhat control our energy use. If they could just come up with a way for me to assign equipment to usage profiles…….
