I got the subscription for $2.99 and I can’t cancel it. There is no link to cancel it and it does show in my apple subscription. Have to contact my bank to stop it

I’ve been emailing and contacting novelix team since march 22nd. They keep charging me for a subscription I didn’t even subscribe to . After countless emails it is June and still no response and there is no way to even access the subscription even if I tried to cancel on my own. This is terrible , this is a horrible scam!!!
