The app gives you one place to access your training programme, nutrition targets, daily habits, progress tracking, education, accountability, and communication with your coach.

Within the app we support both structured group coaching and higher-touch 1:1 coaching, helping fathers rebuild their physical health, discipline, energy, and leadership at home.

The app connects with Apple Health and Apple Watch, allowing clients to sync supported health and activity data such as steps, workouts, sleep, heart rate, calories burned, body weight, and other approved metrics. Apple Watch users can also view tasks, track workouts, complete habits, receive reminders, and manage their coaching routine from their wrist.

Legacy helps fathers stay consistent, track progress, and follow the coaching system designed to help them lead themselves and their families with greater strength, presence, and purpose.
