2025-10-23 An***** Highly regret purchasing a PDF ebook from Emerald Publishing website. You are required to use this app to read it. Both the app on my MacOs and Apple device will not open my textbook. I am getting error codes that do not exist on Google. Customer service is unresponsive. No way to request a refund despite just purchasing today. PHISHY SCAM!
