I will get back with better Buisness bureau or BBB to figure out best course of action. If you know any social media team or person that has following continue to ask for this place to be banned or do not play. I started game and paid $29 to get extra money coins better known as sweepstake coins. After winning $200.00 and trying to redeem $150 I talked to support to redeem my cash. They state no problem just finish verification and you’re good. So I get verified everything goes through so when o go back in app it’s wiped out. I send bank statement he says yea this is proof. Seconds later after looking and finding my account these bums say your bank sent payment but for some reason it didn’t go through here on our end. I say wait how was I able to play and win in the first place with SC coins. Here’s the kicker they even stole the initial buy of $29.00. Please remember in title put same as mine. This must be punished cause I know there’s many people who are worst off than me and play this. If money returned I will donate payment and 5 times that amount to any donation that supports abducted kids. Scam scam scam. Wow

2026-04-13	Fl*****	Well I’ve read the other reviews and I’ve not had those issues. If I ever have any issue I just contact live support via chat and they do their best to solve the issue. They do have small add ons that add $0.05-$0.20 to your spin for inclusion in their random jackpots but I win extra money in them all the time so it’s worth it. I’ve always had no problem cashing out I push to my card and it’s there in a few mins. I’m not sure why some have issue, but me, I’ve had a very positive experience. I like their games and if I’m low on $$ they have $0.01 games..a bunch of them. I really like their customer service too, they will check to see if your account has free play if you ask. The system awards it. YMMV

2026-02-17	La*****	I won $100.00 on a daily gift, and a 5.00 deposit I made after playing a while on the gift. After putting me through way too time and trouble they finally agreed to let me redeem. However, I only got $25 of the hundred that I won. They said that was because I won off of a daily gift. However, I made a five dollar deposit also… but I guess that didn’t matter. Then I won $700 and they told me I could only withdraw $100 a day till it was exhausted. Because I didn’t make a 500+ dollar deposit to earn my winnings. They also declined the first 100.00 redemption twice because they said I hadn’t uploaded my card that they wanted me to upload. I had however, and after the second denial, they said go ahead and try again and it went through so a 2 day delay for no reason.
