I had my first visit to TUV in Lehigh Acres recently, and it was a stellar experience from start to finish. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how incredibly clean and well-maintained the facility is. It has a professional yet welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The highlight of the visit, however, was the service. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Jennifer, who was consistently pleasant and genuinely helpful. Her knowledge of the products was impressive; she took the time to answer all my questions and provided recommendations that were spot-on for my specific needs. It’s rare to find a place that balances a pristine environment with such high-quality, personable service. 05/10/2026 Now it seems like the store is not communicating with the Florida State site. The state site says I have plenty under purchase limits, but the store is stuck at a week ago, data-wise. I had no problems at Fluent. FYI 05/08/2026 purchase limits went away again. Not sure if there was an update or what. The app used to show purchase limits and that went away. Now it accepts your order and once you get to the store, they tell you you're over your purchase limit when it could've spared you the trip to the store. It used to show the purchase limits in your cart. I mean it's not the end of the world, but it's annoying. update fixed and now shows again! 5 stars again!! thanks
