If you’re serious about emotional self-awareness and want a tool that bridges emotion, body awareness, and essential oils in a practical, everyday way, this app is a keeper. It’s like having the wisdom of the Essential Emotions book with you anytime you need clarity, connection, or emotional processing. The Essential Emotions app takes the guesswork out and allows me to make sense of emotions and intentionally use my oils. I use this app all the time for myself and clients!

I love the Essential Emotions system. It is so powerful for releasing emotions and energies that have served their purpose and bringing in the new, helpful ones, assisting healthy growth!The APP is such a nice tool to have everywhere I go. With descriptions of what each essential oil offers, and suggestions on which oils will help shift energy and provide specific emotional support, I have answers for me, my family and friends as well as clients. I really appreciate having the optional tools, such as the fillable worksheet and “Move with Jo” somatic yoga. There are so many features and powerful resources. I look forward to when the fillable worksheet has the ability to “return” or “enter” to start a new paragraph and when all the meditations have an audio file. They are so powerful to listen to!
