Wispr Flow: AI Voice Keyboard

The keyboard on my iPhone really sucks and messes up words frequently. I downloaded the Wispr app, and it has really changed the game. It is so much easier to get my thoughts out, even on my laptop. I'm using it right now. I highly recommend this app.

This app gets four stars for the app and zero stars for customer support. After a year, I received an email that said they tried to charge my debit card for a year renewal but it didn’t go through. I contacted them. They said to add my card again. I did exactly what they told me to do. Then I received a past due notice. They said once again, the card didn’t work. I called my bank. They said they only showed one attempt, the second one, for zero dollars. That’s right, their system charged zero dollars, so the subscription didn’t renew. Dealing with them after this was an exercise in futility. They sent me the same email over and over again, asking me to do what I already did. Some of the emails came from an AI agent. They don’t have a customer service phone number. You get no help from email. It’s like they don’t have a clue about customer service. I got so frustrated I deleted my account. Then they contacted me and said, oh, we did get your payment. I told them it was too late—I already deleted my account. I asked for a refund. They said they can’t give me a refund because I no longer have an account, and that I should call my bank and dispute the charge. Just stay away from these people.
