2025-08-02	re*****	I could not make transfer within my account because “this loan is overdue” but I have no loan. Turns out that I owed $20 plus 3.32 for a late credit card payment. I made that payment thinking that I had put the matter to rest. I now check all of my accounts weekly. For weeks, well over a month, I open my dashboard and it says my card balance is $0. Why would it show that if I have a balance due?

2024-07-27	ca*****	I Tried to deposit my check a day ago and I was NOT informed when I called the bank for instructions on how to deposit a check this way that I needed to also include the name of the bank with my signature on the back causing my check to be rejected!I was not informed that it was rejected and it was only when I noticed that it wasnt in my acct that I was told it had been rejected!Now a transaction is going thru and I hope I will not be charged for an overdraft charge because of this!This was my first time ever using this electronic Deposit service.
