It says if you cancel, you get the ticket price, minus the $5.50 fee? 🤷‍♂️ I already paid the fee, so why is it being deducted AGAIN from my ticket price? With the xo fusing wording,mit reads as though I will be double-charged for the Ticket Protection if I choose to use it? Please edit & clarify your horrible wording.

2026-06-26	Ma*****	The app sells tickets that may have obstructed views, but it appears to do little or no vetting to ensure the listings are accurate. On two separate occasions, we purchased tickets that were advertised without any mention of an obstructed view, only to discover at the venue that our view was significantly blocked. We spent the entire event straining to see and both times ended up with neck pain for days afterward. If you're buying through this platform, don't assume the seat descriptions have been verified. Buyers should be aware that obstructed-view issues may not be disclosed accurately.

2026-06-23	Ch*****	DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! I bought tickets using this app. They emails me tickets for the wrong date. When I tried to communicate with them, not only did it take hours. They finally concluded that the show was dark on the night I wanted to see it, and wouldn’t do anything to help me. “All Sales Are Final.” I went to the box office of the actual show and they told me the show was not dark that night. But they also couldn’t help because TodayTix is their third party help. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!
