Your meal and workout plan is specifically tailored to each individual client, as with any rehab work which might be needed to for your recovery to reach your goals . Depending on your goal whether it's just to maintain a healthy lifestyle or want to drop weight or even if you would like to compete on stage, from beginners to more advanced athletes. Exercise video library will be available, including video uploads to help with form and technique. Also I do ask my clients to video there exercises which they are struggling on so you can also book a time to review your training .You can view your current package, check how far you are into the program and how many weeks you have remaining which is simple to follow .

Here at CTFitness our clients welfare , health and mental state ,is very important to us . It doesn't matter if your trying to lose 30-40lbs or want to step on stage each and everyone of you are very important to CTFitness .
