2024-12-18 Ag***** Often I can not sign in or my password needs reset when I haven’t made a sign in error. Mine is set up for face recognition but it says I have to call the main office. Several times, not always- I have received a rude reception when I’ve called about the app giving me issues- while being told I’ve entered my pw wrong. It dont use a password on my phone, I use face recognition.

2024-06-20 To***** The phone number no longer reaches the bank in wyalusing but rather a call center, probably in the Philippines. The app doesn’t work even after jumping through all the hoops. The same hoops that you have to jump through several times a year. Password resets, new security questions (which i forgot already because was trying to get the app to work instead of writing them down), having them reset your account, etc, etc. Been with this back since the beginning, but it’s not worth the extra work. Opening a 360 capital one account. They even pay interest.

2024-06-19 AS***** Changed the password twice, called the bank twice and they told me I was locked out. Tried signing in online and it told me that the username was the same and the password was the last 6 of my social. Still didn’t work. Had nothing but problems with both of the banking apps. Every time I try to use the app it tells me to add a phone number, after I do that it kicks me back to the login screen. Garbage app.

2024-06-18 Ma***** Idk who the people at headquarters think they are but not listening to people and rudely interrupting them while they are trying to tell them what the problem is VERY UNCALLED FOR!!!! Wyalusing people are sooooo very rude. I will be be finding a new bank bc I’ve had enough of the constant problems with accessing my acct with these people the last few yrs! It’s never my fault either. It’s always their system or stupid updates they do to their programs or apps. Get it together people. You obviously have no clue on how to be part of this century. You started in the old and you should’ve stayed there!!!

2024-06-17 ka***** Absolutely dreadful! So you download the app and follow the instructions and it will not work so you have to call and now you don’t get the local branch, but someone in tim buck two, so there goes the small hometown service. Yuck!
