2026-02-17	Ma*****	I purchased my lifetime subscription back in 2024 and y’all did an update and I have emailed all customer support and I have not received anything back from customer support. I’ve been trying to get my access back and I still cannot get my lifetime access back. I don’t respond to the email so I figured I will leave a review. Hopefully y’all can respond to my email soon
