This product is advertised as a GPS tracker. After a three week wait to receive the product, the specifications says that is a low power Bluetooth tracker. I am unable to register the product through the app and the product is totally useless. I contacted “customer support” for a refund, and you have to pay the shipping costs (which is half the cost of the product) back to Hong Kong, plus a 15% “handling” fee. BUYER BEWARE, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK, AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE APP STORE.

Bought this to keep track our school mascot (tortoise). Within hours the tortoise disappeared and the tracker does not update location on regular intervals. Been trying to use the app and it’s been no help.
