This is one of the worst apps to book anything. What is the point of this app if you can’t easily find what to book? The opposite of user-friendly.

Just terrible. UI is super counterintuitive, no english option when buying tickets, asks for membership number for all persons trying to buy a ticket (!?) and won’t allow you to proceed if you don’t input it. It then glitches and no tickets bought. This seriously cannot be the only way to buy tickets.

Is very hard to select seats. Lack of Apple Pay. Also almost impossibly to find the member ID required to purchase tickets. Very unintuitive user experience.
