2025-09-27	JJ*****	This app is horrible. The UI is clunky and outdated. The classes are the exact same ones you can find on YouTube for FREE. The AI pieces they promote are just stripped down versions of the features you get out of the box for FREE with an Apple Watch or a FitBit. Outside of charging for things that are easily accessible for free elsewhere… there is NO variety in the classes the app is offering. The classes are generic and basic. To add insult to injury, the communication from step.co is 100% ChatGPT. The notifications, the messages, etc. You’re told that you’re getting a personalized experience with a coach, but these people are just copying and pasting ChatGPT stuff into their app. This is another shell AI company that’s being used as a cash grab. There is no substance here and there is nothing sustainable here. Mark my words, this app will be gone within the next 1-2 years… and I’m going to LAUGH.
