I downloaded the app. Was going to cancel and the. Got offered a wonderful promo to stay. I accepted and 1) was charged 2 times, 2) the app stopped syncing and working. I have been emailing support for almost 2 months now with no response. My money has not been returned for the double charge or fixing access to the site.
