2026-03-06	To*****	I’ve been a patriot for years, but the app continues to be an absolute nightmare. You have to login with your information every single time you try using it, and not only that you have to get a special code test to you in order to login completely. And often times you won’t even get the code. The worst part is if you’re not using the app, you’re going to get charged way more at the store. On the app, a small pepperoni would only be $11. In store, $18. They really need to get this fixed, because it’s the same issue on the website.

2025-12-08	DS*****	Every time I go to place an order from the app it rejects my saved payment method. I have to re-enter the same payment method manually every time to complete the order. Happens 100% of the time I make an order and hasn’t been fixed in over a year. Has caused me to order elsewhere when I don’t have access to my payment method.

2025-09-26	fr*****	I saw an offer in the mail and decided to try the app. I tried to create a new account, but the password validation is incorrect and rejects passwords generated by iOS (I think it might be the ‘-‘ symbol). So I manually specified a password to sign up, using trial and error to find out what was wrong since the password validation message was not accurate. Finally my account was created. Then I tried to order from a store, and it asked me to sign in instead of leaving me signed in from sign up. I signed in, and then it requested more information for my profile. It wanted me to enter my password again, didn’t tell me what I was missing that was required, and mentioned something about no address yet but gave me no option to add an address. At this point I am out of patience and will get my pizza elsewhere.
