Slow Glow offers 45 minute high intensity, yet low impact workout on the XFORMER. The goal of the workout is to strengthen all of the major muscle groups in your body in a safe and effective environment.

Slow Glow welcomes all fitness levels. We promote a healthy lifestyle and provide a sense of community.
