This app does really well for me. I do the majority of my banking from home, and everything works fantastic in the app. I do recommend the app!

I dislike how I need to have a phone call verification and wait over 15 minutes. Automatic text would be better. There is also a feature that is supposed to allow you to securely allow you to get your ID if you forgot it. Everytime I try to use this feature, I’m directed to call the offices. Even after calling the office, I’m told I need to go in person to get username information. Very frustrating and ineffective process, why have the feature if it doesn’t work?
