| 2026-04-22 | Mx***** | I had over a week of ratings and notes and had even “bought a coffee” for the app creator and then when I went in today, it asked me to start a new pet and didn’t have the data there that I had previously entered. Glad I didn’t try to use it for longer and lost even more crucial data for tracking my dog’s final months. | |

| 2026-03-02 | Ca***** | I used the Ralph app consistently for over 7 months to track my 16+ year old best friend's health and quality of life. I'd tried other QoL tracking methods in the past and, while they were more detailed, they were so much harder to maintain. Ralph helped me see when my boy was having difficulty, and when he was rebounding. Ultimately, he suffered an unexpected sudden and severe health crisis so I no longer had to decide "When" - but knowing that my tracking through Ralph showed that his quality of life was likely not going to get a lot better, it was easier to know that I didn't want to subject him to further interventions. Thanks for this app. I'll be recommending it to others. | |

| 2026-02-11 | Be***** | Does just what we need it to do for tracking for Buckley, our 12 year old Boston Terrier. One question - I am not able to save my daily entry. When I try to input data for a previous day, the submit button isn’t active. I know it’s me - what am I doing wrong?? Many thanks! | |

| 2025-12-07 | BT***** | We’ve been using this for a couple months to better understand our dog with canine cognitive dysfunction (CCD, aka doggy dementia). It’s been an absolute game changer by helping to balance our emotions and assumptions with objective data. The trends and tips are helpful too. I’ve even started tracking for our younger dogs. Thank you for creating this app. It helps so much to have new insight into the wellbeing of our precious pups. | |

| 2025-04-05 | TJ***** | My vet recommended we start a journal for my older dog to keep track of his good and bad days. I found this app. I love the scale at the top super easy to read. I also love the note section. I can’t thank you enough for the app! For future updates maybe consider: to have some more details in the sliding scale by making it broader maybe 1-10. I feel like my dog is in between two descriptions on a few. Or maybe a place where we could add our own number of overall how they are doing. 😊 | |

| 2024-08-02 | J ***** | Just started using the app and here are a few early impressions: The water intake scale needs to be somehow modified so that one can indicate abnormal increase in water intake, as well as decrease. The user should be able to enter information for days previous to the day the app was downloaded. I fully remember what yesterday was like. | |

| 2024-07-30 | Da***** | My 10 year old boy was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma two months ago, and we’re taking it day by day with lots of ups and downs. I want to make sure I’m making the best decisions for him and not prolonging suffering, and this app really helps add clarity as to whether a day is truly “good” or “bad” as measured by the veterinary quality of life scale. I’d love to see a visual indicator with an aggregate “score” over time (e.g, in the past 7/30/etc. days, pup’s QOL score is X [green/yellow/red face]). Thank you so much for helping provide clarity at a time when owners might need help making decisions for their sick loved ones. | |

| 2024-05-20 | JO***** | We want our senior dogs to live forever but instead we treasure every moment, because tomorrow isn’t promised for any of us. It’s so important to focus on dogs’ needs with respect to whether or not they’re in pain and able to maintain quality of life. I’ll be honest—at this point I like to do a sort of weekly “check in” vs daily, in order to provide data so that we can look back and view trends as we progress to the next stages. I love that we can add note and photos about activity and what we’ve been up to. App dev is very receptive to input. | |
