Knot Busters 3D

Weeks ago I had a message in the game Inbox that said I needed to back up my account, delete it, reinstall it, & restore it. I backed it up but I couldn’t get it to restore my level. I should have taken a screenshot but I believe I was on level 400 something. I tried to submit something via Feedback, but never heard back. Next I sent an email, no response. I sent a 2nd email, no response. I loved this game & it was one of my favorites. I am not very happy. I don’t understand why they won’t reply back. I am very disappointed. So be aware if they tell you need to do the same thing. I guess I will have to delete the app if I still get no reply or a disappointing reply.

This game has so many issues that the developers can’t seem to handle. Only having a developer support in the middle of the night is unacceptable. I have been playing this game for approximately two years. I really enjoyed it. I put so much time and money into playing this game I had over 54,000 levels and 600,000 coins and hundreds of boosters to have it all wiped away because of a directive that the developers gave me my game has been lost again. This is the second time that my account was wiped away and cloned into somebody else’s account, but at least the first time they actually fixed it and communicated with me through the process . This time they don’t even respond.The message they sent said save progress and uninstall and reinstall and my account is now back at zero with an account number that doesn’t even belong to me .This seems to be a regular occurrence. The lack of customer support with issues like data is ridiculous. And then the Customer Service email address no one ever replies so you literally cannot talk to anybody. I would not recommend this game to anybody. Save your time and your money you’ll put years and hours and money into this game. And then it all disappears and nobody’s there to help. Where is customer service?

Hello. 2 days ago you sent out a message telling people to save their progress, uninstall the game and reinstall. people did that and now they can’t get back into the game they’ve lost all their progress and customer service has been no help at all. come on Mike help people.!! we won’t spend any more money on this game until you fix your issues with customer service.
