I come to King Taco Monday-Sunday for lunch and dinner. The apps needs to be able to display the ticket number in the “My Activity” section. I’m tired of screenshots or having to open my email app. Also, this apps feels like a 15yr old made it.

1 star. I used my rewards and couldn’t get my free meal. Waste of time and useless app.

The app can be much better. Functionality is limited and cumbersome. Hard to redeem rewards. Yes, those rewards that they just devalued. King Taco is trying hard to push their most loyal customers away. And they will succeed. The lines are moving faster and I see less people in the dining rooms. Do better El Rey.
