I didn’t like that when you place an order through the app, it automatically gives you a pickup time that’s usually 20–40 minutes away. At that point, I’d rather just order in person. My second issue is the lack of Apple Pay support. Instead of paying quickly, you’re required to create an account and manually add a credit or debit card first.
