No apparent way to manage the parcel which popped up as a notification but nowhere to be found in the app. Reaching for support to communicate with the driver for feedback and improvement is non-existence.

2021-12-21	Ch*****	Requires an account and a password. So, tried creating account, says I already have one. Tried resetting password, sent me a temporary one to set a new password. After that, I tried logging in with new password and the wheel keeps spinning forever. This is a dysfunctional app. If I can only rate it 0 out of 5!!!
